A combination of natural stone chips having the colors often associated with the chakras - such as amethyst and jade – are strung together on an elastic cord.

The stone chips all vary in size and shape with the largest ones being about 3/8 inch (9mm) and the smallest ones being slightly more than 1/8 inch (3mm).
